We understand that managing multiple types of charges at once can be challenging. Now, you can enjoy the latest updates we have brought for you, which will provide you with an enhanced experience, along with new centralized features and functions designed to optimize your workflow.

 

Your charging process has been simplified

Now, to make a charge more efficiently, simply click on "CHARGE." Once you have done this, a window of options will appear that will allow you to customize the charging process.



In this section, you will have the possibility to:

🔸Choose the customer you want to invoice.

🔸Change the collecting employee if necessary.
🔸Add products, services, gift cards, or special charges to the charge.
🔸Sell vouchers or subscriptions to incentivize your customers.

Important: Please note that the options may vary depending on the type of business you belong to and if a customer has been selected at the time of charging. This allows for customization tailored to your specific needs.

Also, if one of your customers has an outstanding debt or a credit balance, you will be able to view this information when starting a sales process. This will help you make informed decisions during the charging process.

Once you have a charge in progress, you can even apply a discount to the final amount with ease.

And there are two ways to do it:


1. You can apply a discount on a specific product, service, voucher, or subscription.

2. You can apply a global discount on the total charge.

Once you have completed all the information, simply click on 'Charge'. At that moment, a new window will open where you can choose your preferred cash register, the payment method of your choice, and upon completion, you will have the option to print the invoice, generate it, or send it via email. All in one step!

Charge to account 

Making charges has never been easier. Simply access by clicking on "CHARGE," select the customer and the specific product or service. When making the charge, choose the 'Charge to Account' option in the 'Payment Methods' section.

And that's it. Now, you will have the option to enter the total amount that your customer is going to pay and generate the charge.

To verify that the process has been completed successfully, go to the customer's file, select the customer you charged, click on 'Payments,' and you will see the charge recorded in the 'Charges Made' section. That simple and effective!

Mixed charge

We facilitate payment flexibility for your customers with our mixed charge service, where you can accept two different payment methods in a single transaction.

1. Simply access the Charge button.
2. Select the customer and the product or service.
3. Click on 'Charge'.
4. Choose 'Mixed Charge' in the pop-up window.
5. Select the first payment method, enter the corresponding amount to be paid by this method, and then proceed.
6. Repeat the previous step to choose the next payment method and continue in the same way.
7. Complete the operation.

It's a simple way to adapt to your customers' preferences and provide them with a more optimized shopping experience.

How to add a product to a charge using filters

If you want to select a specific product when making a charge, you now have the ability to filter it easily using the characteristics you previously entered in the product file.

In this product data sheet, you have the freedom to fill in fields such as supplier name, category, subcategory, color, material, brand, barcode, and other relevant details.

Once you have entered all this information, you can take advantage of the filtering functionality when making a charge, allowing you to quickly find the product you need. This streamlines your charging process and provides you with a more efficient experience.

How to make a multi-payment

Now you can collect multiple transactions from different clients in a single process, even from already scheduled appointments. For example, if your client and a family member have an appointment on the same day, they can pay for both appointments together. Remember, you can only collect payments for appointments on the same day and a maximum of 4 appointments.

If you have a center that uses subscriptions, you can also take advantage of multi-payment from the "Finances" section. Simply click on "Recurring Payments" and select the clients who need to make the multi-payment. Keep in mind that the first client selected will be the one making the payment.

⚠️ Important:

💡 It is essential to mention that bonuses, automatic discounts, or loyalty programs will not be applied to multi-payments.

💡 Your employees will need special permission to be able to make multi-payments by default.

💡 Keep in mind that the payment information will be reflected in the profile of each client or appointment.
